Solicitors for the Elderly 'We need new regulations to protect the consumer'
Recently the UK's Legal Ombusdman highlighted the dangers of using Will writing companies to make wills. The One Show has also called for Will righting to be regulated to protect the public.
Myron Handzij, a member of Solcitors for the Elderly and a Partner of Turner & Wall Solicitors in Keighley said 'Will writers need no training and they aren't regulated so if you choose a Will writing company you are taking a huge risk. Generally the problems only come to life after you have died and that leaves your family to pick up the peices'
